History

Integrated Digital Technologies Corporation is a private stock owned company registered in the State of California as a C Corporation. Founded in 1995 as a General Partnership, in October 1997, Integrated Digital Technologies dissolved its partnership and became a Corporation.

HISTORY OF OUR COMPANY

Integrated Digital Technologies was previously located at 1276 Colorado Blvd., Pasadena, CA. 91107. On July 1, 1996, nearly one year from inception, the facility expanded from 1200 to 6000 square feet by acquiring the adjacent office space and adjoining its site. Due to the rapid growth of the company, IDT moved to 2850 E. Foothill Blvd, also in Pasadena.

This new 8000 square feet site was designed to meet the most demanding needs of our client. In April 1997, Integrated Digital Technologies became a Microsoft Certified Technical Education Center.

This recognition was added to an already existing acceptance as a Microsoft Solutions Provider, and an Authorized Prometric Testing Center.

On February 15, 1999, Integrated Digital Technologies moved into the Gateway Tower in Pasadena, occupying 12,000 square feet.

As of December 1, 1999 our facilities expanded to 20,000 square feet to feature more of the latest equipment to include, but not limited to, 4500 Series Switches, 1603 Series Routers, 2500 Series Routers, 2620 Series Routers, 3640 Series Routers, PRI Interfaces, , ISDN Emulators, Frame Relay Emulators, Chanalized T1.

We are also proud to announce our recognition as members of the Computing Technology Industry Association (CompTIA), Oracle Workforce Development Program, Goldmine, LaserFiche, Novell, and many more. IDT is also a Cisco Reseller and has establish a partnership with Skyline corporation to provide Cisco Authorized Courses thru the Cisco Authorized Training Center channel. Thru training customization, IDT has provided the Southern California community with rapid results. Our training offerings include, but are not limited to, Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, Macromedia, Adobe, Comptia, IBM, HP and many more.

On the Education Side...

Integrated Digital Technologies is recognized and approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education since 1996. Currently participating in Job Training Partnership Act for the City of Pasadena and the Workforce Invesment Act also known as WIA.

Integrated Digital Technologies was nationally accredited until February 2006 by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology (ACCSCT). Management decided not to take the financial aid route and voluntarely discontinued such accreditation while remaining in good standing with that accrediting body.

Training is provided to Private individuals, Corporate training, Dislocated workers, Work-related injured participants, and to other trainers.

On the Solutions Provider Side...

Integrated Digital Technologies has provided its technical services from small to large corporations that benefit from the detailed and meticulous work of our Technical Team. Our experienced Technical Team has designed complex network enterprises, and has followed through to complete implementation.

IDT has provided on-site comprehensive training to corporations. This provides hands-on training to staff members involved with implementing and administrating corporate networks and computer systems. In addition, technical support is continually provided for all of our customers - in hardware, software and updated training.
